The rules are
the selling point
Parents are the ones booking this, and what they want to know is what happens if things go wrong. So here is the policy, up front.
No alcohol for anyone under twenty-one, no exceptions, and no negotiation on the night. Our driver stays with the vehicle for the entire booking. He does not drop the group and come back later. If something illegal happens on board, the event ends immediately at the nearest safe location, the parent contact is called, and there is no refund.
That policy is not there to be difficult. It is what lets us keep our operating authority and our safety rating, and it is why parents book us for this specific job.
- Driver remains with the vehicle for the full booking
- A named parent contact called immediately if anything goes wrong
- Photographs at pickup, so parents can see everyone got in safely
- Fixed drop-off list agreed in advance, with no changing it at midnight

Chaperones
One adult chaperone per eight riders for under-18 groups.

Splitting the cost
One person books and signs. Sorting out who owes what between families is not something we can invoice separately.
