The one day
with no second take
We do more weddings than anything else. Most of the work is not the couple. It is the ninety guests who need to get from the ceremony to a barn eleven miles away without anyone driving.
A ten hour package is the usual shape: the wedding party in the morning, a shuttle loop while cocktails are on, then two runs back to the hotels at the end of the night. Booked as one block it costs less than booking those pieces separately, and it means one driver holds the whole timeline rather than three vehicles trying to coordinate.
The vintage trolley is the one couples ask about after they have seen a photograph of it. It is open-sided, wood-benched, heated and air conditioned, and there is nothing else like it in the region. It seats twenty comfortably, so it works for the wedding party rather than the full guest list.

Before you book

Book early
Saturdays from June to October go first, often twelve months out. If your date is fixed, the vehicle choice narrows fast.

Guest shuttles
Two runs of a 25-seat coach moves fifty people. Cheaper and calmer than asking guests to find the venue themselves.

The deposit
Thirty percent reserves the date. We do not refund, so be certain of the date before you pay it.
