Brewery tours run differently to wine tours. Taprooms are closer together, pours are longer, and nobody is in a hurry. Four stops in five hours is a comfortable pace, and most groups want food built into the middle rather than tacked on the end.

Onondaga and Ontario counties have the densest clusters. You can walk between two or three in Syracuse and let the vehicle meet you at the far end.
